SHIPPING & HANDLING Our goal is to ship within 48 hours. If we expect a delay, we will call you immediately. Shipping charges are based on total order amount, per address. We ship UPS Ground Service or UPS 2nd Day Air. Standard UPS and 2-Day UPS Express will be delivered Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery is not available. Please remember a street address is required for delivery. If your package must go to a PO Box via the United States Postal Service, additional charges may apply on shipments over 5 pounds. For overnight delivery and shipping charges for addresses outside the contiguous United States please call customer service, 1-800-437-2452 between the hours 9:00 am -5:00 pm (EST), Monday - Saturday.> Gift Baskets containing meat and other perishable products: During the warmer months, April - September, we ship gift baskets containing meat and diary products on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. Perisable shipments going to Florida, Maine, and states west of the Mississippi require 2-Day Air delivery. Delivery dates are Monday - Friday. We do not offer Saturday delivery service at this time.
